The Vivekananda Auditorium with most efficient acoustics at both Junior and High Schools see a lot of activity nearly the whole year.
The auditorium can seat 400-plus people. Popular events at the auditorium include the Investiture Ceremony, Christmas Parties, Inter-House Competitions, Rabindra Jayanti, Teachers’ Day Celebrations, seminars and workshops for teachers and students. Earlier, CLW Administration had wrested control of the School Auditorium from CHS(EM) for centralized allocation to miscellaneous institutions for multifarious purposes, however recently reversion of the Auditorium to the jurisdiction of CHS(EM) Authority has taken place. Another Auditorium in the ground floor basement, titled Prashanta Auditorium, is now in defunct state. These Auditoriums were once home to sublime wood sawdust motif/alpana created by Teachers hand-in-hand with students during Saraswati Pujas.
